Cookies are dispatched Thursday to Saturday. Orders placed Sunday to Tuesday will be baked on Wednesday and posted on Thursday.

If you want to place an order for Christmas delivery, please order by noon on the 18th December and select CHRISTMAS DELIVERY when you complete the order form. Otherwise, your order will be sent within 48 hours.
To ensure they are as fresh as possible, we will be dispatching all Christmas orders on Monday 22nd December via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail say this should be with you within 24 hours but we cannot guarantee there will be no postal delays or problems and no refunds can be issued if your order does not arrive in time.
